Mission
What you will drive
- Lead and oversee CATF's global, multi-stream revenue strategy and fundraising function to ensure long-term financial sustainability and growth.
- Develop and implement a multi-year fundraising strategy with clear annual targets for both restricted and unrestricted revenue.
- Foster high-level relationships with philanthropic leaders, institutional funders, and other key stakeholders to grow CATF's global resources and influence.
- Provide strategic oversight of donor and funder relationships, and support fundraising efforts for CATF Action, the 501(c)(4) affiliate.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 15–20 years of progressive leadership experience developing and executing complex, high-impact fundraising strategies that have successfully scaled organizations.
- Deep (10–15+ years) experience in U.S. philanthropic fundraising; international fundraising experience highly desirable.
- Strong record of cultivating and stewarding high-net-worth individuals, including experience with estate planning and legacy giving.
- Excellent people management skills with experience leading and developing distributed teams.
