Mission
What you will drive
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for Alpha Chi Omega's four interconnected non-profit entities, ensuring strong membership experience and long-term organizational success.
- Develop future strategic plans in partnership with boards and lead the professional staff team in executing strategic initiatives to meet enterprise-wide goals.
- Oversee complex multi-entity budgets, asset management, governance, compliance, and legal integrity across all entities.
- Strengthen relationships with members, volunteers, donors, and stakeholders while advancing fundraising and donor engagement.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 10 years of progressive executive leadership experience, including nonprofit or board leadership and experience managing professional staff and volunteers in multisite or remote settings.
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, higher education, or related field preferred.
- Outstanding communication and strategic thought partnership skills, with ability to synthesize complex information and navigate difficult conversations.
- Collaborative, self-aware, relationship-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Annual salary range: $215,000 - $235,000 (commensurate with experience and education). Remote work within the United States, with frequent travel to Indianapolis headquarters. Position operates on Eastern Time with some evening and weekend commitments.
