Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as primary point of contact for CGMS candidates and certificants, managing inquiries, application audits, exam coordination, and record maintenance.
  • Coordinate with exam vendors, sponsors, and partners to ensure smooth operations and support contract management.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support to the Certification Council and volunteer committees, including meeting materials and policy updates.
  • Support marketing and communications to promote the CGMS program and provide overflow customer service for NGMA membership and events.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in certification, credentialing, governance, or related program administration.
  • Strong customer service, writing, and communication skills; ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
  • Experience with databases, CRM systems, or certification management platforms; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Zoom.
