Mission
What you will drive
- Recruit and hire canvassers for a door-to-door canvass operation.
- Train canvassers to effectively conduct canvassing conversations and cut/assign turf.
- Analyze canvasser performance using VAN reports, track petitions and pledge cards, and ensure quality control.
- Schedule and track hours, coordinate transportation, and complete at least one canvass shift per week.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least one election cycle canvassing experience (electoral or issue organizing).
- Familiarity with VAN or similar voter database tool.
- Strong verbal and written communication and time management skills.
- Desired: one election cycle canvass directing or one year organizing on an issue advocacy campaign; experience training others; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
