Job description
Help early-career professionals secure and advance in high-impact policy roles across global health, animal welfare, and food systems.
- Run placement support: assess candidate fit, match people to opportunities, support applications and interviews, make introductions.
- Build relationships with hiring managers to understand demand, barriers, and pathways in EU policy contexts.
- Contribute global health and development expertise to program content and advise selected senior candidates on career progression.
- Maintain confidential alumni network and track progression data with monitoring team to measure IPC's impact.
- Requires experience in EU policy contexts, knowledge of policy career pathways, and strong global health or development subject expertise.
