Capital Solutions Analyst

• Financial modeling of project acquisitions, portfolios, and projects to evaluate new markets, participants, products, or corporate acquisitions.
• Assist with transaction management including due diligence, project documentation, closing, and portfolio management.
• Coordinate engagement with financial institutions, investment banks, tax equity investors, and other capital sources in renewable energy.
• Partner with internal teams to evaluate and support opportunities from origination to closing.

This role directly supports the growth of distributed renewable energy microgrids, enabling businesses to achieve energy resilience and sustainability while reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, economics, mathematics, computer science, or other quantitative field.
• 1+ years of experience in investment or corporate banking, consulting, or sponsor-side corporate finance/project finance in renewable energy.
• Experience building DCF models in Excel and preparing term sheets and presentations.
• Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint; Google Sheets, Capital IQ, Python/programming skills are a plus.
