CAPC Position Description Senior Member Relations Associate - remote

• Manage a portfolio of member organizations to ensure engagement and maximize renewal through regular outreach and strategy calls.
• Maintain accurate member information in Salesforce and assist with user account management.
• Host monthly member relations engagement webinars and collect member feedback to inform product development.

This role directly supports the retention of member organizations, enabling CAPC to continue providing tools and training that improve care quality for people with serious illness and their caregivers.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• 3+ years experience (5 preferred) managing program activities, preferably in healthcare or association membership.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), webinar platforms (Zoom), and Microsoft Office suite.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills; ability to engage diverse audiences.
