Call for Tenders: Project End Evaluation

The consultant will conduct an external end evaluation of the 'Phase 4 – Leave No One Behind!' project, assessing performance, results, changes achieved, relevance, partnerships, and efficiency. The evaluation will also assess the project's influence on global policy dialogues and sector policies, and consider the cumulative contribution of the project series (Phases 1-4).

This evaluation will help improve disability inclusion in humanitarian action, ensuring that persons with disabilities are not left behind in crisis response, and will inform future policies and practices globally.

• Post graduate degree in social sciences, international studies, humanitarian action, development management or similar field
• Specific proven experience or expertise in disability-inclusive humanitarian action
• Demonstrated experience in evaluation methodologies and data collection techniques as well as leading monitoring and evaluation of humanitarian projects funded by institutional donors
• Working proficiency in English is mandatory; French language is an asset
