What you will drive

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on reproductive health law and related issues, including compliance advice for healthcare providers and supporters navigating the post-Roe legal landscape.
  • Conduct legal research, analysis, and writing; prepare legal memos and client advice documents.
  • Supervise other attorneys, legal fellows, and interns as needed; mentor less experienced staff.
  • Represent the Lawyering Project at conferences, convenings, and speaking engagements; participate in working groups with allied organizations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • J.D. or equivalent degree and active license to practice law in a U.S. jurisdiction.
  • Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience practicing law.
  • Significant experience managing client relationships and providing compliance advice on complex legal issues.
  • Knowledge of laws affecting access to healthcare, reproductive rights jurisprudence, and the reproductive health, rights, and justice movement.
