Mission

What you will drive

  • Own, administer, and optimize finance and manufacturing business systems (Coupa, Microsoft Business Central, Graphite, Arena, Brex, SimpleLegal) to ensure effective and accurate operations.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into system configurations and process improvements, focusing on procure-to-pay, product lifecycle management, and manufacturing execution.
  • Manage integrations across key enterprise systems, troubleshoot issues, and ensure data integrity and compliance.
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Manufacturing teams to support operational requirements and system enhancements.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst supporting enterprise business systems.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes; experience with ERP systems (preferably Microsoft Business Central).
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations and end-to-end data flows; excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
