Business R&D Experienced Professional

• Own component lifecycle management for assigned modules, technologies, or product families
• Perform deep technical and parametric analysis of electronic, electrical, and electro-mechanical components
• Lead obsolescence management activities, including PCN, PDN, and End of Life (EoL) assessments
• Drive process improvements and workflow automation using scripting and analytics (Python, VBA, etc.)

This role ensures long-term manufacturability, regulatory compliance, and sustainability of products with long service lifetimes, directly contributing to Hitachi Energy's mission of advancing a sustainable energy future.

• Graduate degree in Electronics Engineering (3-5 years experience) OR Diploma in Electronics Engineering (6-8 years experience)
• Strong knowledge of Active & Passive electronic components and Semiconductor ICs
• Hands-on experience with Silicon Expert & PLM tools
• Proficiency in Python, VBA, or other coding skills for automation
