Business Process Quality Senior Professional

• Support the execution of the strategic quality plan across the Global Product Group.
• Lead Critical Process Reviews and drive deployment of APQP elements (Design FMEA, Process FMEA, etc.).
• Integrate Voice of the Customer into quality planning and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

This role ensures high-quality, reliable transformers for sustainable energy solutions, contributing to smarter and more sustainable energy infrastructure.

• Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality or Engineering within manufacturing.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication in English and project management skills.
