Business Operations Lead

• Design and deploy automation-driven systems that support structured product workflows and eliminate friction across the Business Execution team and their diligence efforts.
• Identify high-leverage repetitive tasks – deal evaluation, due diligence, internal handoffs, and compliance – and design scrappy, scalable automation to replace them.
• Build reliable service infrastructure across GTM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Omni, internal systems) that enable commercial, marketing, and PDE teams to operate with higher precision and less manual intervention.
• Use AI-powered tools and workflows to accelerate internal processes and enhance customer-facing systems.

This role directly supports the acceleration of clean energy and manufacturing projects by streamlining the capital markets platform, enabling faster financing and investment in the clean economy.

• 6+ years of experience in business operations, strategic operations, management consulting, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, finance, or a similarly rigorous analytical environment.
• Experience partnering with investment, finance, or transaction teams, with an understanding of investment evaluation, due diligence, compliance, or complex transaction workflows.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives across business, finance, product, engineering, and operations, building alignment and driving execution across multiple stakeholders.
• Demonstrated track record of solving ambiguous, high-impact business problems by identifying root causes, prioritizing opportunities, and designing scalable operational processes and systems.

Compensation: Base salary $150,000 - $200,000, company-wide bonus tied to revenue goals, and stock options.
