- Holds a Master's degree in business, management, finance, administration, or a related field with at least 1 year of experience in business ownership, startups, business development, operations, finance, consulting, or leadership roles supporting business growth or turnaround efforts, OR a Bachelor's degree in a related field with at least 5 years of such experience.
- Has hands-on experience owning or managing a small business, with a deep understanding of the challenges startups and small businesses face.
