Business Intelligence Analyst

• Provide analytical support to Hub and BU strategy development, including growth initiatives, portfolio prioritization, and market entry/expansion topics.
• Support mid-term strategic planning, annual planning, and strategic reviews with data-driven insights and structured analysis.
• Develop business cases, scenario analyses, and what-if models to support leadership decision-making.
• Produce periodic intelligence summaries and develop executive-ready dashboards, reports, and presentations using Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.

This role enables data-driven strategic decision-making that supports Hitachi Energy’s mid- to long-term growth ambitions across the APMEA region, contributing to the company's mission of advancing a sustainable energy future.

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business intelligence, or analytics, preferably in energy sector.
• Microsoft Power BI certification (mandatory) with proven experience in developing insight-driven dashboards and analyses.
• Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint storytelling capabilities.
