What you will drive

  • Support identification, evaluation, and execution of opportunities to develop or acquire utility-scale renewable energy assets (wind, solar, energy storage).
  • Contribute to project development, due diligence, financial modeling, and cross-functional coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with developers, landowners, utilities, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, policy developments, and competitive activity to inform business development strategy.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related discipline (MBA or graduate degree considered an asset).
  • 3โ€“6 years of relevant experience in business development, project development, project management, or energy/infrastructure sectors.
  • Experience in renewable energy (wind, solar, energy storage) or strong exposure to energy markets and project development processes.
  • Working knowledge of U.S. power markets, including ISO/RTO structures (e.g., ERCOT, PJM, MISO).

Salary range (Washington, DC only): $130,000 - $165,000 annual salary. Eligible for health care benefits, retirement programs, paid time off, and an annual bonus.
