Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage current Asset Optimization services agreements and relationships with internal and external customers, ensuring customer success and contract retention.
  • Lead support efforts for internal projects related to execution and upkeep of AO service agreements.
  • Grow external contract base by identifying, contacting, and establishing relationships with project developers, owners, and investors to meet growth targets.
  • Lead negotiations, manage commercial responses to RFPs, and capture market insights to drive contract execution.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
  • 3-5+ years direct B-to-B sales experience; energy or industrial markets experience a plus.
  • Demonstrated experience finding new business and converting it to contracts in a long sales cycle.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; proficiency with CRM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
