Mission

What you will drive

  • Review, redline, and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, and order forms — both on Citrine paper and customer paper.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the go-to-market team on contract questions and reviews.
  • Build and maintain a contract playbook documenting standard positions and acceptable fallback positions by clause type.
  • Identify and flag non-standard terms; recommend whether to accept, negotiate, or escalate.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of contract management experience, ideally in-house at a SaaS or technology company.
  • Strong working knowledge of MSAs, NDAs, SaaS licensing, and order forms.
  • Proven ability to negotiate standard commercial agreements independently and make sound risk-based judgments.
  • Experience developing contract playbooks, clause libraries, or standard position guides.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Rate: $85–$120/hr depending on experience and scope. Fully remote; Eastern Time preferred. Independent contractor (1099) engagement at approximately 10 hours per week with flexibility to scale.
