Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and implement sales strategies to prospect and gain new clients through social media, networking, calling, and attending industry events.
- Maintain and expand relationships with current clients to ensure satisfaction and increase use of PEG's services.
- Assist in strategic planning to develop a pipeline of new business, including market analysis and competitor knowledge.
- Prepare proposals, contracts, and reports, and coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of professional business development, sales, and marketing experience required.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred but not required.
- Strong software skills with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, Word; experience with Google Analytics, Google Ads, WordPress, basic HTML, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator), Canva, and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram).
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, organization, team collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
