What you will drive
- Maximize revenue through sponsorship sales for sustainable finance and investment conference portfolio
- Identify and secure new clients to maximize revenue and value for both parties
- Manage existing client relationships and re-engage past clients
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and daily KPIs

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 5 years dedicated to B2B event sales within conference environment, with emphasis on high-value sponsorship sales
- Deep understanding of climate and sustainability themes (sustainable investment, ESG, energy, finance, transportation)
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, selling high-value event sponsorship to blue chip brands
- Experience using CRM systems and consultative, research-based sales approach

- Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 (negotiable, depending on experience)
- Uncapped commission, minimum £90,000 OTE
