Mission

What you will drive

  • Proactively sell Industrial Gases, Liquid (CryoEase), Speciality Gases (PI), and Equipment/Engineering solutions in the Leinster Area of Ireland.
  • Achieve personal revenue, volume, and profitability targets through new business acquisition.
  • Conduct detailed planning using CRM tools to manage prospect pipeline and territory, converting leads from agents, marketing, and self-generated sources.
  • Coach and support retail outlets in local prospect acquisition; travel approximately 75% of time for field-based activities.

  • Demonstrable track record as a BDM with prior experience in consultative selling and added customer value techniques.
  • Strong new business achievement versus targets with excellent pipeline management.
  • Self-motivated, self-directed, and energetic with willingness to travel frequently within the allocated area.
  • Proficient in IT tools including Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP, AI, and P&L analysis.
