Mission
What you will drive
- Proactively sell Industrial Gases, Liquid (CryoEase), Speciality Gases (PI), and Equipment/Engineering solutions in the Leinster Area of Ireland.
- Achieve personal revenue, volume, and profitability targets through new business acquisition.
- Conduct detailed planning using CRM tools to manage prospect pipeline and territory, converting leads from agents, marketing, and self-generated sources.
- Coach and support retail outlets in local prospect acquisition; travel approximately 75% of time for field-based activities.

- Demonstrable track record as a BDM with prior experience in consultative selling and added customer value techniques.
- Strong new business achievement versus targets with excellent pipeline management.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and energetic with willingness to travel frequently within the allocated area.
- Proficient in IT tools including Microsoft Office, CRM, SAP, AI, and P&L analysis.
