Mission
What you will drive
- Drive sustainable growth by expanding Hitachi Energyโs market presence across high-voltage switchgear products (GIS, Hybrid, AIS Circuit breakers, Disconnectors) through events and presentations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with utilities, EPCs, industries, consultants, and channel partners to influence specifications and position tailored solutions.
- Identify emerging opportunities, monitor market trends, and develop strategies to expand footprint in utility, industry, renewable, infrastructure, and data center segments.
- Promote the portfolio of switchgear products through early engagement, technical positioning, and value-based promotions via presentations, webinars, and events.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 8โ12 years of experience in business development, sales, or key account management in the power transmission and distribution industry, with strong exposure to high voltage switchgear products (66 KV and above).
- Strong presentation skills, ability to conduct webinars and events, stakeholder management, and relationship-building.
- Strong commercial acumen with experience in business planning, opportunity qualification, negotiation, and strategic account development.
