What you will drive
- Develop and manage 3-year business development plans for Delivery Business Units, supporting execution and quarterly updates.
- Lead solution design for growth priorities, shaping opportunities prior to RFP release.
- Build and manage a pipeline of new and expansion opportunities through market cultivation and industry relationships.
- Support proposal development for a high volume of pursuits, ensuring competitive, compliant, and differentiated bids.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree required; Masterโs degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in complex business development or consulting environments.
- Advanced experience leading solution strategy in regulated or utility-focused markets, including pre-RFP opportunity shaping.
- In-depth functional knowledge of energy efficiency programs, utility procurement processes, and market dynamics.
