What you will drive

  • Develop and manage 3-year business development plans for Delivery Business Units, supporting execution and quarterly updates.
  • Lead solution design for growth priorities, shaping opportunities prior to RFP release.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of new and expansion opportunities through market cultivation and industry relationships.
  • Support proposal development for a high volume of pursuits, ensuring competitive, compliant, and differentiated bids.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Masterโ€™s degree preferred.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in complex business development or consulting environments.
  • Advanced experience leading solution strategy in regulated or utility-focused markets, including pre-RFP opportunity shaping.
  • In-depth functional knowledge of energy efficiency programs, utility procurement processes, and market dynamics.
