Business Development – Electronic Execution/Algo Specialist

• Drive revenue growth by increasing adoption of Liquidnet's Execution & Quantitative Services (EQS) products among existing clients and expanding the client base in the region.
• Develop and execute client strategies for EQS, integrate liquidity and distribution channels, and identify cross-selling opportunities with listed derivatives and other products.
• Strengthen relationships with asset managers, brokers, and market participants; attend industry conferences to represent Liquidnet.

This role drives growth and innovation in electronic trading, improving market efficiency and liquidity for institutional investors, thereby supporting more effective capital allocation and financial market stability.

• Deep knowledge of electronic trading and algorithmic trading strategies.
• Proven experience managing revenue and building execution businesses with strong commercial impact.
• Strong relationships with buy-side clients, sell-side firms, and exchanges in EMEA and globally.
• Expert knowledge of equities market structure, workflows, and challenges; outstanding organizational and leadership skills.
