Business Development Associate

• Meet with homeowners to educate them about solar energy and close sales.

• Build relationships with customers to facilitate the switch to solar.

• Sales experience required.
• Outside or in-home sales experience preferred.
• Solar industry experience welcomed.
• Willingness to learn.

Base salary plus uncapped commission (OTE $100,000-$250,000). Benefits include 401k match, health/dental/vision insurance, and paid time off.
