Mission
What you will drive
- Own day-to-day Workday administration including security management, business process configuration, EIB loading, tenant management, and end-user issue resolution.
- Serve as primary owner for integrations in and out of Workday, including Greenhouse, GL, immigration and benefits vendors, using Workday Studio and other tools.
- Lead biannual Workday release management, including reviewing release notes, assessing feature adoption, coordinating regression testing, and communicating changes.
- Translate stakeholder needs into technical solutions, gather requirements from HR, Payroll, and IT, and set priorities for optimizations.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5–8 years of post-implementation Workday administration in a live tenant environment.
- Hands-on Workday configuration expertise: Core HCM required; two or more additional modules preferred (Benefits, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking).
- Demonstrated experience with EIB, Report Writer, Custom Advanced Reports, Calculated Fields, Business Process Framework, and security administration.
- Workday Studio experience strongly preferred; Workday Pro Certification preferred or willingness to obtain.
