Business Analyst

• Track transmission planning project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation, flagging risks and variances to project managers and leadership.
• Analyze historical project and financial data to support forecasting, budgeting, and resource planning; develop and maintain dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
• Document and optimize internal business processes and workflows; support AI adoption efforts relevant to transmission planning.

This role supports the design of a modern, secure, and resilient grid by enabling data-driven decision-making and efficient project management in transmission planning, ultimately contributing to the transition to renewable energy and a sustainable future.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with BI applications such as Power BI or Tableau.
