Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage daily engineering and facility operations to ensure safe and efficient performance of all building systems, with a focus on 100% uptime.
  • Lead a team of Critical Facilities Engineers, overseeing work order execution, training, event coordination, and team performance.
  • Develop and enforce preventative and corrective maintenance programs, including MOPs, SOPs, and emergency response protocols.
  • Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of system failures to prevent recurrence.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data center engineering or critical environment operations, with at least 3 years leading teams.
  • Deep knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems, HVAC/cooling systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
  • Experience developing and implementing operating procedures (MOPs, SOPs) and managing vendor relationships.

Base Pay: $140,000-$165,000.
