What you will drive
- Maintain accurate financial records in QuickBooks, tracking organizational and project expenses across multiple grants and funding streams.
- Monitor budgets and expenditures to ensure compliance with donor requirements and organizational policies.
- Prepare quarterly and ad hoc financial reports for funders, the Board, and the Executive Director.
- Assist with budget preparation, budget tracking, financial forecasting, and annual financial summaries.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of a bachelorโs degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience in bookkeeping, finance, or nonprofit administration.
- Demonstrated professional experience with QuickBooks, including maintaining bookkeeping records and generating financial reports.
- Demonstrated experience working with grants, budgets, and financial reporting for both U.S. and E.U.-based funders and donors.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets; excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
