Bilingual Certification Operations Assistant (Spanish)

• Perform daily data entry tasks in a proprietary database to ensure accurate and current client records.
• Provide high-quality customer service in Spanish and English via phone and email, assisting clients with inquiries and portal support.
• Process client submissions, inspection reports, and certification requests, including rush and expedited items.
• Support team by conducting peer training, translating materials, and improving administrative systems.

This role directly supports organic farmers and processors by ensuring efficient certification processes, thereby advancing organic agriculture for a healthier world.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written and spoken) for complex communications.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, with strong time management and ability to prioritize competing deadlines.
• Proficient typing skills and ability to perform large quantities of data entry accurately.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel, Adobe Acrobat; aptitude for learning new software.
