Bid & Proposal Manager

• Identify, analyze, and qualify business opportunities relevant to Baastel
• Coordinate the development of high-quality technical and financial proposals in collaboration with technical experts
• Ensure contracting, budget follow-up, and financial compliance of awarded contracts
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and consultants, and contribute to process improvement

This role supports Baastel's work in sustainable development, contributing to projects that address environmental, social, and economic challenges globally.

• Bachelor’s degree in management, business, administration, or related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience in business development and writing business proposals, ideally in international development
• Experience coordinating proposals for institutional donors (EU, World Bank, UN agencies, etc.) strongly preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication in French and English; Spanish is a plus

Annual bonus based on individual performance; for a salaried contract in Quebec: 50% coverage of group health insurance, contribution to a retirement savings plan, 3 days of remote work per week, and a policy allowing remote work abroad.
