Business Architect & Org Design Lead

• Lead complex consulting engagements from scoping through delivery, ensuring high-quality outputs and strong project discipline.
• Design and apply methodologies for operating model development, organization design, governance, service transformation, and performance improvement.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and act as a day-to-day advisor.
• Lead business development by identifying follow-on opportunities and contributing to proposals.

This role helps public sector and regulated-industry clients translate strategy into execution, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of infrastructure and public services, ultimately uplifting communities and enhancing lives.

• Senior consulting delivery experience, broadly equivalent to Manager level in a management consultancy.
• Expertise in operating model design, organization design, governance, and performance improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate complex analysis into decision-ready recommendations and executive-level materials.
