BESS Field Manager, Central Texas

• Manage on-ground operations and maintenance of BESS sites, ensuring safety, compliance, and performance.
• Coordinate with O&M providers, technicians, and internal teams to schedule maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and maximize uptime.
• Oversee site safety, regulatory compliance, and warranty claims, while maintaining records and reporting.

This role directly supports the operation of standalone energy storage projects that replace fossil fuel peaker plants, enabling cleaner and more reliable electric grids and accelerating the transition to renewable energy.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or five years’ experience in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum two years’ direct experience in BESS and/or solar site operations preferred.
• Sound knowledge of safe industrial work practices and ability to read electrical/mechanical schematics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing teams locally and remotely.
