BESS Estimator (Remote)

• Prepare accurate estimates for battery energy storage systems (BESS) by reviewing project plans, specifications, and requirements.
• Coordinate subcontractor solicitations, job walks, and competitive trade bids to ensure comprehensive cost coverage.
• Lead cost review meetings to communicate outgoing proposal costs to the internal team.
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.

This role supports the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure by enabling cost-effective deployment of battery storage systems, which are critical for grid stability and integrating renewable sources like solar.

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 3 years of estimating, project management, or related experience.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and drawings, and make accurate judgments and calculations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Teams and Excel; understanding of energy storage components.
