BESS Engineer

• Lead BESS project life cycle from land acquisition to COD
• Design and size utility-scale battery energy storage systems to meet performance and reliability targets
• Develop performance models and integrate storage with generation assets
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-impact energy projects

This role directly advances the renewable energy transition by designing and delivering utility-scale battery storage systems that enable reliable, scalable clean energy infrastructure, contributing to long-term decarbonization.

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (M.S. or PhD preferred)
• 3–7 years of experience in energy storage or power generation
• Expertise in BESS sizing, system design, and performance modeling
• Knowledge of grid integration, power systems, and relevant standards (NEC, NFPA, IEEE)

Compensation: $180,000–$200,000 total (base + bonus) in USD.
