Mission

What you will drive

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, leave policies, and wellness programs.
  • Manage support requests through the department's ticketing system and ensure accurate processing of enrollments, terminations, and modifications.
  • Assist with developing benefits communication materials and maintain up-to-date documentation of policies and procedures.
  • Utilize HRIS for benefits administration, generate reports, and support special projects like open enrollment.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of experience in HR or benefits administration.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources; advanced degrees or certifications a plus.
  • Knowledge of benefits programs, laws, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical skills, proficiency in benefits administration systems, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
