What you will drive
- Manage all benefit programs including health, disability, leave, retirement, and voluntary benefits.
- Oversee the Well-Being Program and inspire a healthy, inclusive culture.
- Lead the Benefits & Wellbeing team and partner with the larger HR team.
- Drive strategy, vendor management, compliance, and project management for benefits.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field with 8-10 years of progressive benefits experience (or 14+ years without degree).
- CEBS certification preferred; self-insured plan experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of state/federal employment and benefits laws.
- Advanced Excel and Word skills; strong analytical and communication skills.
