Mission
What you will drive
- Own the ATK hardware system end-to-end, including architecture, integration, reliability, and cross-functional alignment.
- Provide a clear technical vision and develop detailed product development plans in coordination with engineering leadership.
- Drive engineering development cycles including risk mitigation, rapid prototyping, root-cause analysis, and field issue resolution.
- Mentor the hardware engineering team and collaborate closely with mechanical, electrical, software, autonomy, and manufacturing teams.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven experience leading integrated hardware project engineering teams that have shipped complex physical products.
- Strong preference for startup or small-company experience with ownership, speed, and adaptability.
- System-level design experience with vehicle electrical systems, off-highway systems (hydraulics, electromechanical assemblies, vehicle controls), and CAD (Solidworks).
- Experience working across sensors, compute modules, power systems, harnessing, and ruggedized enclosures.
