What you will drive
- Advise nonprofit boards, executives, and stakeholders on tax-exempt law, governance, compliance, risk management, and operational matters.
- Provide employment counsel, draft and review contracts, policies, and governance documents.
- Support clients through organizational transitions, investigations, disputes, and complex matters.
- Participate in business development, thought leadership, and internal firm initiatives.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- J.D. from an accredited law school and at least 7 years of relevant legal experience.
- Experience in tax-exempt organizations law, nonprofit corporate governance, employment law, or related areas.
- Strong legal research, analysis, writing skills, and ability to manage matters independently.
- Commitment to mission-driven work and the nonprofit sector; ability to thrive in a remote environment.
