Mission
What you will drive
- Provide legal assistance and support to nonprofit organization clients, including reviewing, drafting, and finalizing contracts, grant agreements, policies, leases, registrations, resolutions, tax, and corporate forms.
- Research tax and other federal, state, and local laws such as lobbying, charitable solicitation, and governance matters.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, communicate directly with clients, and manage project timelines and budgets.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- JD degree and licensed to practice law in the US in good standing; licensed in PA mandatory (or eligible to waive in), additional licenses preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant law experience with strong demonstrated interest in serving nonprofits.
- Nonprofit law and/or corporate law experience required, with focus on corporate transactional law and complex contracts.
