Attorney (full-time) at Law Firm Exclusively Serving Nonprofit/Tax-Exempt Organizations

• Provide legal assistance and support to nonprofit organization clients, including reviewing, drafting, and finalizing contracts, grant agreements, policies, leases, registrations, resolutions, tax, and corporate forms.
• Research tax and other federal, state, and local laws such as lobbying, charitable solicitation, and governance matters.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, communicate directly with clients, and monitor legal and compliance issues.

This role directly supports nonprofit organizations by providing expert legal counsel, enabling them to focus on their missions while ensuring compliance and strategic legal guidance.

• JD degree and licensed to practice law in the US, with PA bar mandatory (or eligible to waive in).
• Minimum 5+ years of relevant law experience.
• Strong demonstrated interest in and experience serving nonprofits (pro bono, board service, volunteerism, or working with underserved communities).
• Nonprofit law and/or corporate law experience required, with focus on corporate transactional law and complex contracts.
