What you will drive
- Lead, mentor, and empower a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to generation, large load, and merchant transmission developers, helping them navigate MISO and SPP's evolving interconnection landscape.
- Partner with senior leadership to shape and execute EPE's growth strategy across MISO, SPP, and beyond, including leading proposal and RFP development efforts.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the electric energy industry.
- Strong understanding of MISO, SPP, and Utility interconnection requirements and regulatory framework for both generation and load.
- Exceptional communicator who can influence, create alignment, and make decisions confidently under uncertainty.
- Proven ability to connect the dots between technical deliverables, client needs, and their commercial strategy.
