Associate Survivability and Operations Analysis Engineer

• Support the Archer Defense and Advanced Programs organization in incubating, marketing, capturing, and executing advanced programs across the Archer Defense portfolio.
• Collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and business disciplines to ensure technical, cost, and schedule success.

This role contributes to advancing sustainable air mobility by supporting the development of all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft, reducing carbon emissions and noise pollution in urban transportation.

• 0–2 years of experience in aerospace or a related field.
• BS in engineering, computer science, physics, or math required; MS or currently enrolled in further education preferred.
• Foundational understanding of survivability technologies (RCS, IR, Acoustics), ASE, and mission systems.
• Must be a US citizen and able to obtain a DoD security clearance.

Base pay range of $70,400 - $96,800 per year. Archer offers a pay-for-performance culture and reasonable accommodations for applicants with disabilities or religious beliefs.
