Mission

What you will drive

  • Design and execute advocacy campaigns aligned with CAIR's strategic priorities, including developing strategy, messaging, timing, and activation plans.
  • Coordinate rapid-response campaigns during high-risk narrative spikes and manage content production (press releases, toolkits, social assets).
  • Track and report on campaign impact using defined success metrics, and convene internal and external stakeholders during campaign development and launch.
  • Integrate research findings and narrative strategy into campaign planning, and continuously improve toolkits and best practices for chapters and allies.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • BA/BS in Communications, Public Policy, Social Justice, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience designing and leading strategic advocacy, public education, or policy campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of Islamophobia, anti-Muslim bigotry, and racial justice issues in the U.S.
  • Excellent communication skills, project management ability, and experience with cross-team coordination.
