Mission

What you will drive

  • Support existing programs to maximize company revenue and resolve customer-related contract issues.
  • Be a point of contact with Account Managers to proactively coordinate subscription opportunities and resolve issues.
  • Uncover accounts at risk and develop plans to mitigate and bring them to closure.
  • Lead the renewal sales process to close by understanding the competitive landscape and demonstrating Workiva's value proposition.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • High school/secondary school education required.
  • 1 year of related experience in SaaS sales or renewals.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting and Software as a Service business model preferred.
  • Excellent time management and territory management skills.
