Associate Market Engagement Consultant (Business)

• Engage and work with Weatherization Service Providers (WSPs), Contractors, and Community Organizations to promote utility-sponsored energy efficiency programs.
• Develop strategies to increase outreach and referrals from local organizations across Virginia.
• Plan and host outreach events, and monitor program production.

This role helps expand the reach of energy efficiency programs to income-qualified, elderly, and disabled customers, reducing energy costs and environmental impact.

• Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in an outreach role with a community organization or program promotion.
• Proficiency with computers, cloud-based software, and Microsoft Suite.
• Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel 50-60% within Virginia and hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.
