Associate II, Growth & Strategy

• Conduct analysis to contribute to corporate development opportunities and strategy related to new business ventures, M&A, and strategic partnerships.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to improve cost, schedule, and commercial viability of projects.
• Support company-wide strategy development and financial modeling for infrastructure and energy investments.
• Prepare presentations and materials for senior leadership, board members, and investors.

This role drives the growth of advanced nuclear energy, a key technology for decarbonizing the energy sector and combating climate change, by shaping corporate strategy and enabling clean energy deployment.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, engineering, or related field.
• 3-4 years experience in investment banking, project finance, consulting, infrastructure private equity, or capital-intensive operating company.
• Strong Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with strategy development and communicating with executive leaders.
