Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve HR tickets/cases within established SLAs using HR case management tools, providing first-line support for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, payroll inquiries, benefits questions, and other HR functions
  • Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes including new hire documentation, background check coordination, Form I-9 completion and employee file setup, and assist with employment changes such as job changes and compensation updates
  • Answer employee questions related to benefits, eligibility, open enrollment support, and life event documentation, and partner with Payroll to troubleshoot employee payroll inquiries
  • Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization, support compliance activities including I-9 audits and policy acknowledgments, and assist in maintaining the HR People services SOP library

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of HR operations, people services or HR generalist experience
  • Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Workspace or similar HR case management platforms preferred
  • Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday) preferred

In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Salary range is $58k - $75k.
