Associate Human Resources People Planning & Services Representative

Core responsibilities:

• Manage and resolve HR tickets/cases within established SLAs using HR case management tools, providing first-line support for employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, payroll inquiries, benefits questions, and other HR functions
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes including new hire documentation, background check coordination, Form I-9 completion and employee file setup, and assist with employment changes such as job changes and compensation updates
• Answer employee questions related to benefits, eligibility, open enrollment support, and life event documentation, and partner with Payroll to troubleshoot employee payroll inquiries
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies across the organization, support compliance activities including I-9 audits and policy acknowledgments, and assist in maintaining the HR People services SOP library

This role contributes to the employee experience through high-touch support, streamlined processes, and proactive issue resolution, helping Resource Innovations deliver on its mission to guide utilities through energy transformation challenges including load flexibility, electrification, and carbon reduction.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2+ years of HR operations, people services or HR generalist experience
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow HR Workspace or similar HR case management platforms preferred
• Experience with HRIS platforms (Workday) preferred

Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus. Salary range is $58k - $75k.
