Associate HR Business Partner

• Serve as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to senior leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational goals.
• Own the talent agenda including workforce planning, succession management, leadership development, and organizational design.
• Provide data-driven insights on performance trends, culture, and engagement to guide decision-making.
• Collaborate with centers of excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions and support labor relations.

• Willingness to travel within the FPL Nuclear Fleet territory (Homestead, Jupiter, Jensen Beach, Florida).
