Associate, Global Forests and Energy Campaigns (candidates can be based in multiple US and non-US locations)

• Support Mighty Earth's campaigns to protect forests and fight climate change, focusing on Asia and West Africa.
• Contribute to investigations, research, and analysis of corporate structures, supply chains, and social responsibility policies.
• Assist with outreach to civil society partners, academics, government officials, and company executives.
• Create and post digital content, organize meetings and events, and support grant reporting and administrative tasks.

This role directly contributes to protecting biodiverse and climate-critical forests, reducing deforestation, and supporting Indigenous land rights, thereby mitigating climate change and preserving ecosystems for future generations.

• At least two years of professional experience in campaign, advocacy, or grassroots organizing environments, with some experience on environmental, social justice, human rights, or Indigenous Peoples' rights issues.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.
• Proactive, self-directed, with good problem-solving and time-management skills; comfortable working in a small dynamic team across time zones.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Canva, Airtable, Expensify, and Harvest; English fluency required.
